Job Summary
Based in our Mallusk office, working in a team to support the sale of a range of industry leading products, including Rotork actuators, DeZURIK valves and Mono/NOV Progressive Cavity Pumps, in industrial applications throughout Ireland and GB.
The Role:
Deal with incoming inquiries from our customer base and also our two sales staff.
Prepare quotations to strict deadlines using manufacturers product configurators and price lists Issue quotations to customers and respond promptly to queries.
Taking responsibility for Customer Orders, dealing with our main suppliers, purchasing and chasing deliveries. Once dispatched, issuing customer invoices.
Active phone support role both with our existing customers and new accounts. Deal with after sales back up, trouble shooting and dealing with warranty issues.
Liaising with service engineers, accounts and warehouse teams.
Assist with the day-to-day activities of a busy office, working with all members of our small team to ensure our customers are happy and receiving a quality service.
Full training on all systems and products will be provided which may include UK and international travel to visit our manufacturers
The Person
- Enthusiastic and up for a new, exciting and rewarding challenge.
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role ideally.
- Technical qualification in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering for example BSc, or HND plus experience.
- Confident communicator, technically capable
- Excellent organisational skills and PC skills essential
- Experience in industrial valves/actuators desirable Experience in the Water Industry desirable
