Preventative Maintenance

We provide preventative maintenance to enhance the integrity of actuators and their associated valves. We can tailor programmes depending upon the type of actuators, the availability of asset information, and the criticality of the plant to maximize up-time whilst minimizing operating costs.

Some customers lack detailed information on their assets, making it difficult to prioritize maintenance and replacement investment. We can carry out a detailed and intrusive inspection of the actuators and combine this with build data from our own databases to give customers a complete view of their assets

Training

Rotork Training is designed to meet the specific needs of your staff and their Rotork Actuators. Before any course begins, we work with you to create a training programme that makes the most of your people and the Rotork products we supply. We work closely with the Rotork training team to assemble training professionals that best match your needs and budget.

Most courses start with an overview of actuator types and designs and then go on to deal with your specific needs. However, the best way to learn about Rotork Actuators is to take them apart and that’s just what we provide.

This hands-on approach is adopted wherever possible and is used during discussions on subjects as diverse as the commissioning of torque limit switches and electrical fault finding.
